Called the Downey location booked an appointment since my daughter was extremely itchy and Wendy took care of us with such an amazing service and explained the whole process.. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs help with lice issues.
Brought my 2 year old toddler for hair removal treatment & service was amazing! My toddler looked very relaxed throughout the whole process & the nice lady throughly explained all the steps & what to expect after the treatment.
Came in for a treatment for my daughter and had a great experience! Courtney made us feel very comfortable!

Great Customer Service! The salon is welcoming and does not make you feel embarrassed or weird for walking in with lice! 10/10. Our helper, Courtney, explained the procedure step by step and was very knowledgeable and informative as to the nature of lice. Very happy to have found this place!
