We came in for treatment for myself and 3 girls. Veronica is absolutely amazing. She’s honest, friendly and knowledgeable. Hopefully we never have to deal with lice again but we will return and recommend my hair helpers :)
I came to the to the Downey location and was very impressed by how clean the salon is. Veronica is very friendly and received me with a warm welcome. She provided such a great service. As she was combing my hair she was sharing so much information about the products, the removal techniques, prevention tips and so much more. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs immediate assistance. I also purchased some of their products and trust that they will be effective.
At first, the salon seems friendly and welcoming, and the space looks nice. They treat you kindly in the beginning, which makes a good impression. But once you stop letting them step all over you, things change quickly. Employees are undervalued, overworked, and not respected. Management expects everything but gives little support in return.
