My Gym offers age-appropriate classes for children ages 6 weeks to 11 years. Our classes are designed to enhance strength and coordination as well as build social skills, confidence and self-esteem. Our noncompetitive programs are jam-packed with exciting games, relays, gymnastics, music, dance, swings, rides... and most of all, FUN! This place is perfect for us and the energy here is great. The staff are always very friendly and personable with my child and I. We have been going since September and I can't believe how much my child has physically developed as far as balance, coordination and strength. Highly recommend MY GYM
