My Gym offers age-appropriate classes for children ages 6 weeks to 11 years. Our classes are designed to enhance strength and coordination as well as build social skills, confidence and self-esteem. Our noncompetitive programs are jam-packed with exciting games, relays, gymnastics, music, dance, swings, rides... and most of all, FUN! My daughter, Charlotte, had a great first day at MY Gym Chesterfield. My son also attended when he was a toddler.
We love My Gym - all four of our kiddos participated. The kids burn off energy while learning how to follow rules and share. It's wonderful how the friendly staff remembers their names. They even knew it was my son's birthday without me having to say anything. We highly recommend it!
We've been enjoying My Gym classes for almost a year now. We love the facility and the staff. Our daughter has learned many skills from My Gym and we look forward to doing her class with her each week!
