My Gym offers age-appropriate classes for children ages 6 weeks to 11 years. Our classes are designed to enhance strength and coordination as well as build social skills, confidence and self-esteem. Our noncompetitive programs are jam-packed with exciting games, relays, gymnastics, music, dance, swings, rides... and most of all, FUN! We love My Gym! My son has been going to my gym since he was 3 (now 5) and I give them a lot of credit to his great listening skills, his ability to follow verbal instructions, and other social interaction skills. Not to mention his love for trying new things and wonderful imagination! The exercise and gross motor skills are a bonus! Thanks My Gym for helping me raise an amazing little boy!
