I’ve been going to this office for 9 months. The tech I usually have is caring, courteous, and accommodating! She’s literally the best! But the office is closing and my last 2 visits I had to see different techs. My tech today ended my appointment quite differently! While joking with the orthodontist on why I was wearing all blue and white (sorority colors) instead of red she asked if that meant I was a Crip instead of a Blood! Really?? Micro-aggression much?
