Just wanted to let anyone who reads these reviews, not everyone is saying the truth. Dr. Alexandra is awesome, and is great with children. All my grandkids go there & are never scared & the staff makes them so comfortable. Does matter you have Insurance , Medicare, Medicaid or Cash Pay, they treat them all with respect & very informative. So please don't go by what other hateful comments you see, go see them & you will know who's right.
Me and my children love coming to family vision, they are so sweet and anytime I have a question about anything she always has a answer for it. She works really good with my children as well, I have been coming to them for years now and never have I had a bad experience at all. Thank you so much for everything.
I doubt this review will stay viewable since its negative. This office chooses to remove negative reviews that their unprofessional actions earned them. I don't appreciate trying to sweep me under the carpet, dear Dr. Alexander. The more you try to cover this up and sweep me under the proverbial carpet, the higher I can make it go. First doctor I have found in years that I really like. I will be going back. I just have to elaborate a little more about my experience with Family Vision Center. I have NEVER been able to wear contacts and always wanted to so badly. I just assumed that I wasn't meant to wear them. Dr. Alexander changed all that. She listened to me about past experiences and when I told her I was sensitive to certain materials she didn't fit me in them anyway "just see for herself" like the last one did.
