I had switched insurance company and when I set up my appointment the lady tried to tell me that I didn’t have vision insurance. After telling them I did and giving my number I was told that I didn’t have vision insurance and it was my job to call them. Very rude and unprofessional. I will never go there again.
Recommendedfriendly staff informative doctor honest treatment plan
My son had a bad tear in his retina. Seen 6/7/19. Gave a prescription. CVS tried calling from 1:30 until 1:55. No answer at the office. Yet the office closed at 2. Check up appt on 6/10/19.... appt at 1:45. Sat for an hour before being seen. This place is a joke. Very unprofessional. They are too busy chit chatting with patients about their personal lives.

Dr. Alexander and the newish Doctor are great. I have issues with the same employee every time. This time I called to ask a question and was blatantly lied to. My prescription had not expired due to my eye health. She claimed prescriptions expiration were governed by the state. However, employee should not lie when the Internet is readily available to dispel any myths. It is worrisome that an employee is not truthful or is simply speaking on things they have no knowledge of. http://www.tob.state.tx.us/faq.1.html
Dr. Alexander is great! She takes the time to explain things to you, does not treat you like cattle running them through the chutes.
My grandson is autistic and so has Medicaid. I am used to sorry service at these providers. What a shock! This is the best optometrist I have seen. Her staff are wonderful. They worked my boy in even tho they were booked. He has much astigmatism and they are the first ones to get him glasses that he can see with. Dr Alexander is so very nice. I still can’t believe how good they are.
