Laura at the front desk of Buckeye, MyDrNow is the worst woman I have spoken with. I need to travel to Africa several countries and need 8 days of medication for anti-diarrhea. Nurse Comfort or Blanc might had made mistake of prescribing one capsule. I had consultation with nurse Comfort two days ago and went in to do the blood work with Blanca yesterday. Dr. Reddy is a very knowledgeable and personable doctor. In my recent visit, he listened carefully to my symptoms and concerns and took heartfelt actions to treat me accordingly. The explanations he provided were so clear and he showed such sincere concern. Based on my overall experience, I consider him to be the best doctor because of his high-level expertise and patient-centered approach, as well as the time he dedicates to appointments. I will continue to recommend him to my family and friends.
Don’t come here!!! I read the reviews and thought I would change my primary care to this place and it was a huge mistake! This place will over charge you. If you come here for your annual physical exam and it’s covered at 100% by your insurance, they will still find a reason to somehow charge you. They will try to blame your insurance but it’s them over charging! This is the worst place ever I went in on mothers day may 14th the Dr there said nothing was wrong and sent me home today may 24th they called with my covid results and it was positive I have been to work around my elderly mother in law and my children I'm so upset and will never go back I'm only rating 1 star because I have to rate or my review will not show
I would give a 0 if I could. Waiting two months for someone to review my daughter's MRI results and give a referral. I have called several times and they never call back. Scheduled an appointment only to be told that they can't find the results but will call me back. Still no answers on how to help my daughter. Never go here
I'd leave a "0" if I could. This place is all about money, I had to make an appointment to get a referral that another specialist requested? Seriously, you can't communicate with another specialist, of course not let's bill them for an office visit. Was just in there yesterday, did labs, got a call today stating I had to make an appointment to get the results, BS. This place should be reported for scamming the insurance companies. My dr now customer service line through the website is absolutely ridiculous. The fact that getting ahold of the doctor that supplied medications to you is not a top priority is horrible, and the representative on the phone doesn’t have answers to your questions because she is not practicing medicine. I don’t recommend using My Dr Now due to the fact that apparently your not a top priority as a patient. Billing is a nightmare! I was being double charged on multiple occasions.When i called they couldnt locate my account. Then after being on hold trying to find my account, they told me I was not being double charged. Funny because i see multiple charges in my bank account. After calling multiple times, they finally refunded me my money. I had a 1 year contract of which I was told they would email me a copy. Never got it.
