Rude?Out of control? Not My Experience Rude? Out of control dogs? I've been going there regularly for almost 2 years and I also bring my dog. The owner and her associates are helpful. The owner's and the employee's dogs are there often and they all get along well. If not feeding your dog junk with questionable ingredients is a priority, you'll find an assortment of high quality foods competitive to "on-line" prices.
Sad to see a fun store suffer under a bad owner!! Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! I can't even begin to describe how horrible of a person the owner, Vicky J. Gardner, is. Yes, the little short troll of a woman with a mullet. It's unreal how nasty she was to myself, my wife, & my three children in Feb'12. Our kids couldn't do anything right. Best store in Central IL When they expand this spring I expect them to be world class. I love this store! The owner is very friendly. I don't know what the other person posting is talking about. I go in there several times a month and have always had a wonderful experience. The dogs in store are very friendly. They are German Shepherds so maybe if you have a fear of GSDs you may misconstrue and friendly sniff as an out of control dog?? I don't know. Unique, fun inventory! This store has fun things for your pets- it's a fun store to shop in and the staff is friendly and helpful. You won't found merchandise like this anywhere else in town! PROS: Merchandise, staff, location... CONS: price (slightly high, but not outrageous by any means)
Treated bad! Don't ask the owner anything about her dogs, she will act like you are the dumbest person on the planet. I make it a point to only go when she and her out of control dogs are not in the store. That woman is down right nasty to people! Too bad such a cute fun store is darkened by this person. Where is the old owners!
Don't Take Your Dog Here!!! Don't take you dog to this facility. If you pay close attention when you stop by, you will notice that the owner is nice to you, because she wants you to spend your money, but she curses constantly, has a negative and unprofessional attitude and allows her very large german shepherds to intimidate the other dogs in the daycare. Treat your furry friends to a treat! Very nice place. The quality of their products is excellent! Friendly staff and cute atmosphere. Wish there were more places like this in the area!
HORRIBLE SERVICE I just wanted to let everyone know about my very unsatisfactory service while I went to buy dog food. Like most of you who are trying to save money and cut back where you can, dog food is no difference. I would like to keep buying the "good" dog food while I can afford it and am still looking for the best possible price.
