The owner is a rude nut job! – The woman who owns this place litterally YELLS at people if their dog has an accident. Excuse me but dogs should be expected to have an accident in a new environment? She should not be in this business if she is going to fly off the handle every time a dog pees. She also sprayed my dog in the face because it was playing tug of war with another dog even though the other dog was the one growling and with his hair up. STAY AWAY: Dungeon environment & GREEDY owner – Unless you like being treated like $. Stay away!!! Yuck environment, not friendly & GREEDY w/out making any qualms about it! To rent private run it is $15/30 minutes. Asked if I rented it for $15 could my 15 guests come. Absolutely, ea guest pays $15. What? I can rent for $15 & have whole thing. No way, Jose! – We went to an afternoon playdate on a Sunday afternoon. I paid for the hour long event and the moment we went in, Lorelei, the personality deficient owner, ordered everyone outside for a 15 min potty break... Really??? When I asked her why we had to go out when we just arrived, she bit my head off and told me if we insisted, we could stay but implied there would be hell to pay if my pup pottied inside. Stay Away – I know I already posted a review of My Dog and Me, but I just learned that not only is the owner a rude, miserable witch, but during this past Christmas she yelled at the top of her lungs at her employees for no reason. She also would DRAG her dogs by their necks and yell at them. Best Dog Trainer Ever – I had read some of the reviews on this page and was incredulous. I have taken my dogs to My Dog and Me for over a year. We began with Buddy Play, which gives dogs a chance to play with others. For my shy dog, this was terrific. For my active puppy this was great. Having had nothing but positive interactions with both Lorelei and her assistants, I enrolled the puppy in obedience class. There were 8 of us in this class. Worst customer service ever. – I had some problems with both the owner and manager. They are both very greedy in addition to a level of rudeness I have never known possible.

Training methods are ridiculous! – I have been breeding and showing dogs for over 35 years, and every dog who stayed with us went through obedience training; not because I don't know how to train, but for the social interaction and distractions provided in a class setting. So I have probably trained 40+ dogs to a relatively high level of obedience in these years. A number of my dogs have earned obedience titles all the way up to UDX, the highest possible. Horrible customer service – Everything you read about the owner having a terse personality is true. Her way IS the only way in her eyes and she will insult potential customers. She may be right, but insulting me and telling me I'm wrong is NOT the way to garner my business. She could offer a suggestion to help me out with my dogs rather than condescendingly telling me I am wrong. good experience – i took my dog to beginner's and intermediate obedience classes. the instructor/owner is strict---there's one way to do things and that's her way---but it works. i'm not going to argue with success. there seems to be a lot of very personal criticism of her on this site, which i suspect has nothing to do with her skills. she's not a touchy feely person. but that's not why i went. i did exactly what she taught me to do and it's worked. what else matters?
