I bought a $400 orchid arrangement from this vendor. In just a little over 2 months the 4 orchids were totally dead due to excessive water retention due to lack of drainage. They come in a bag without drainage which caused the orchids to rot. I contacted them and they did not take accountability claiming it was more than a month and the bag has holes for drainage, which it didn’t.
