I bought a $400 orchid arrangement from this vendor. In just a little over 2 months the 4 orchids were totally dead due to excessive water retention due to lack of drainage. They come in a bag without drainage which caused the orchids to rot. I contacted them and they did not take accountability claiming it was more than a month and the bag has holes for drainage, which it didn’t. If you are looking for the best flowers in Miami, this is the place. The owners are the most professional and friendliest people. Jessica is a true artist at her craft and I would never go anywhere else to get my flowers done. She truly cares about her work, and it shows.
