My Dentist is not my usual dentist. My regular dentist office was closed because it's New Years Eve. the intern that called me back was AnnaLisa. she was the kindest, most understanding that made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. my attending doctor was Dr. Hammond. She was not only the consummate professional, but the obvious aura that she had was very, very real. I felt as if I had been her patient for years. Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had. I was in agony and they saw me right away and were very patient, explained everything start to finish before doing anything. Everyone, from the dentist (Dr. Hammond I believe was her name?) to the assistants to the ladies who work at the front desk. I could not have asked for a better experience.
All staff were helpful, friendly and professional. I was thankful I was able to be treated on my first visit.
They do a wonderful job. Dr. Golbek is very gentle and caring.
Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly, comforting, helpful, and informative. i highly recommend them.
when you walk in the front door the women at the front desk greet you with a smile and are very friendly, the hygienist is very professional and explains everything to you very well, she gave me a very thorough exam answered any questions that l had. I have seen the same dentist for the last 6 years Doctor Golbek so far I have been very fortunate and haven't had to have a lot of work done on my teeth.
