Hailey is the most caring person I’ve have ever come in contact with. She’s is a GEM and I pray she doesn’t leave anytime soon. She called and checked on me while I was in the hospital and was so happy to see me in the office for my over due cleaning and I got so many hugs I almost started to cry that someone cared about me like that. The other staff members are great to always willing to help out the patient whenever possible. Have been a patient since the office was built and will not be leaving anytime soon.
Dr. Lewis and his staff are professional and explain everything before they start. They are concerned about their patients. I have had deep cleanings and crown work done. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.
I went in to get a permanent crown put on. In the process of fitting the crown the dental hygienist dropped the crown, and I started choking on it for about 20 seconds. I ended up coughing it up into the trash. I didn't even get an apology until 10 minutes later when I told them how upset I was. I was told that just happens sometimes, and never really felt like the hygienist or the dentist thought it was a big deal at all. I will never go back.
Dr. Lewis and his staff are the BEST!!! Never felt more comfortable to go to the dentist before!!!!
