Have you ever been shown how to actually use the controls AFTER you purchased the car? I haven't, at least until I bought my 2017 Dodge Journey. With the help of Doug I was able to synce my phone and knew how to work the navigation before driving away, again AFTER the deal was made. Thank you so for your help yesterday. Worst customer service I've received in a very long time. One of the reps talked me into setting up an appointment for today to look at a vehicle that has been on the lot for over a month. Took time off of work, only to show up and be told by Pat, (sales manager) it was sold an hour ago. No apologies for the inconvenience or any sign of caring at all.
