We have been with My Choice for the past three years, but we often faced issues with the administration staff who answered the calls. Recently, however, we had the chance to speak with a new admin, Sharanya. She is very polite, patiently answers our questions, and speaks with great respect. Sharanya is truly a wonderful person.
The front desk staff could have been more professional. It’s really hard to get through on the phone — I usually have to call several times. It’s either busy or I get put on hold forever
Dr Tariq is excellent, knowledgeable and professional, but it is very hard to get an appointment and the front desk staff need proper training.
