Dr. Mapara is very knowledgeable and helpful in helping people reduce or eliminate health problems people have. The customer service staff here is terrible and completely unresponsive. 95% of the time. The customer service staff over here never ever answer my phone calls. I am actually very lucky if they actually answer my call. Customer staff is very unprofessional and unhelpful over here.
