I didn't have Carol this time. Traded in my car for a new one. I got it around christmas. I put $2,000 down on this car. They said if I have any problems they will fix it. After Christmas the check engine light came on. Several times it has shut off on me. And theirs a rattling noise it makes when I press on the gas. I have been calling every chance I get and all I get is we will put a work order in. No one has called me to get this fixed. Okay the location in NRH doesn't exist. Tried go there Dec 14th 2021. It's shut down. I called the # and they are now located in Fort Worth. Have not gone there yet.

I highly recommend Karol Diaz!! At first we were a little nervous because we were afraid of getting turned down, but she made it so easy. She was confident and straightforward. The whole process was fast, I’ve never experienced getting approved and on the road so easily. We love the car and glad that went there. We strongly recommend Karol when you go there!!!!
