Best service ever! Everyone from check in, to repair, to towing, to financing (Vicky, Cody, Roy, Jim, Gail, and Tasha). It took a long time to figure out what was wrong with our car, but they never have up and didn't just randomly choose things to charge me for. In fact, they worked with me and stayed within my budget. Thanks guys!
I am still waiting to hear back from Jim (owner) re: the spare tire cover that holds the license plate on my van. My van was in the shop for almost 2 weeks. I spent close to $6000 there & the cover "disappeared" while in their care. They had taken it to the car wash next door & I believe the dryer blew it off. Everyone was nice and happy to do the repair & take my money but I am still waiting re: the cover and license plate. After sales service is what I am most interested in. I asked Jim to help me find another wheel cover.
Kudos to Josh and the staff at My Auto Service on West Ann Road for the service on my car. I've had routine maintenance done there in the past on both of our cars, but yesterday I had one of those once-in-a-car's-lifetime problems and they solved it without having to think twice. They NAILED Jimmy's three rules for customer service from start to finish and the price was more than fair. I have used My Auto for several years and have always been happy with their work plus they beat dealer prices on service by a mile!
Came here today for a oil change. After being quoted a price on the phone by a gentleman that knew about my vehicle without typing it in the computer. Was done in under 45 min and my price was $5 less than quoted! Even though I have a maintenance package with my vehicle the $20 was worth saving 2 hours of my time going to the dealer! Thanks guys! I will be back again!
