This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The dealership had excellent communication. Car Gurus is the best source for finding vehicles and the buying process. I will always use them in the future.
Had a wonderful experience. They worked with me as I am 2 1/2 hours away from them. Test drove and bought vehicle all on same day. Would definitely deal with them again.

Very helpful and honest place, i didn't buy the car i was looking at, but i would send people to see them. Excellent no pressure experience especially for an inexperienced car buyer.
I started negotiations early December for a vehicle at this dealership. As in the past, I am willing to travel a long way to get the vehicle I want, seeking a Navigator with specific options, of which they had for sale. I was most impressed with the professionalism of Lenny and Matt. Additional pictures were requested and received promptly, and many contacts were made over this time. They are great guys. Good price listed right in Cargurus. All the other dealers added 1000 to 2000 dollars to the price. MW added only 199 processing fee! The car was beautifully reconditioned and was just as they described. They even put a sweet new set of tires on it. No pressure. We asked the salesman to go with us on the test drive so that we would not get lost (it was close to closing) and we had a lot of fun talking. No pressure at all. Gotta love these guys.
Vehicle was in excellent shape and drove well. Not sure on quality of transmission. No one can answer the durability of the cvt transmission.
