Absolutely wonderful place. Staff is always friendly and Dr Holmgren is extremely knowledgeable and encouraging to new parents. It's amazing how something as small as a professional telling us we are doing a great job after each appointment makes you feel as a parent. She is just a good person and it shines thru in how she does her job. The front counter staff is always quick to acknowledge you as soon as you enter and make the check in process smooth. Really happy we are here!!
Too bad no one ever answers the phone. I was planning on switching peds from Camelback ped to MVP in Laveen for convenience, but I can never reach anyone on the phone. No thanks....... imagine if I had a real urgent situation. I'll continue the drive north of Phx. They always answer their calls.
We see Dr. Shulski at the Avondale office, I wouldn't ever dream of changing doctors or office! They are amazing.
Love the care my grandchildren get there, the entire staff, from the front counter on, you feel special & I have NEVER had to wait long even without an appointment......
We normally see Dr Shulski, but we have seen several of the dr's in this practice over the 6 years we have been going to this practice. They all have excellent bedside manner, and are great at putting a mom's mind at ease. I wish I could think of a specific example, but our care has always been so great its hard to pinpoint. Anytime I've had questions or concerns, I've never been made to feel dumb or like a bad parent, and I've never felt my questions were avoided or unanswered. My little ones have been going to Dr. Broome for almost 9 years, appointment times are flexible, have even been for in during weekends, locations are great, staff is friendly. Wait times used to be pretty long but my most recent visit was under a 10 minute wait which is great for a doctors office lol!
