Apparently some of their doctors don’t see sick patients ? What are you there for if I can’t even get them to see my sick daughter ? Switching providers . This is far too ridiculous

I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment and wasn't seen for an hour. I had seen the doctor a week prior as a follow up after medications and a second follow up this week. Both visits took at least 40 min to be seen and then the previous visit I still waited another 15 min before vitals were taken for my daughter. We love our doctor but the waiting room is ridiculous and has pushed us to find a different doctors office. We use to love it here, unfortunately the last handful of times we have gone it has not been a good experience. Staff was very argumentative for me choosing what I wanted done with my own child, the scheduler on the phone hung up on us for requesting to speak with another representative, the floors amd chairs in the waiting room were filthy covered in food, hair and unknown substances at opening time. We attempted to contact the office manager to provide feedback several times with no return call. I am unsure of management c... read more
I have been coming here for two years and every time we have to wait longer and longer. I made an appointment at 5:00pm and had to wait an hour and half to see a doctor. That is ridiculous the lack of care on concern they have for wait time especially for a two year old. I am so disappointed with their customer service.
