TERRIBLE customer service and I haven’t even been able to schedule an appointment. The front desk receptionist answering the phones on 6/24 and 6/25 is extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve called many times trying to get more information on services provided and I’ve been hung up on many times and sent straight to voicemail by ignoring follow up calls. Excellent doctor and wonderful office staff! Everyone is professional, caring, and attentive. The office is clean, organized, and appointments run on time. I felt listened to and well taken care of. Highly recommend!. Tuve una experiencia fantástica en esta clínica. El personal es amable y atento, y el doctor es experto, paciente y realmente se preocupa por sus pacientes. Respondieron a todas mis preguntas y nunca me sentí presionado. Es raro encontrar una clínica tan bien gestionada y compasiva. La recomiendo ampliamente.
Maravillosa atención. La doctora, la recepcionista y todo el personal son extremadamente amables y serviciales. El ambiente es muy bonito y acogedor. Da gusto encontrar un lugar donde te tratan con tanta calidez y profesionalismo. ¡Excelente clínica!
