I didn’t want to leave a bad review because the staff is very nice, but I’m disappointed with my recent experience. I got a gel pedicure, and by the next day, two of my nails had already chipped. For the price I paid, I expected better quality. I understand it’s the holidays and they’re closed, so they couldn’t fix it. However, I asked for at least a partial refund so I could get it fixed somewhere else, but my message was left on seen with no response.
