Excellent doctor. Very patient, detailed, informative, and warm and friendly. Responds to my needs in a timely matter.
More than disappointing. This is my daughter’s doctor after she was in a very serious car accident. This doctor didn’t even read the chart, does not finish her messages, and does not show up for scheduled phone appointments. For your own well-being, choose someone else.
Terrible doctor, very dismissive and does not take the time to read through your medical history. She did not even show up to scheduled phone appointments.
Currently have her as a doctor through Kaiser and I am going to switch. I've brought up multiple issues and she dismisses them. She refused to refer me to a dermatologist because I won't do a 3rd round of anti-biotics for acne treatment even though I did two and the second time I landed in the ER as a result. She was not concerned with how I reacted to the medicine and didn't offer any other care options. I asked for her help with another issue and she did not provide any assistance. I have been a patient of Dr. Muzaffar for around ten years and she has taken such great care of me. She has been personable, encouraging and professional and has never left me hanging. I’m so grateful for her.
