If anything I am sad I can only give 5 stars. The process was efficient and ran smoothly. It was a far better experience I have had in the past with other major banking corporations. It felt personal and I wasnt constantly on hold for some random team member, I always worked with ******** and ****** and they both always answered and always took care of me!
I really cant say enough positive things about our experience! ****** and his team were very professional and helpful! He was in constant communication with me. He answered my emails and text messages outside of business hours as well as during them. He communicated directly with the sellers agent and title company on my behalf multiple times. My refinance process couldnt have gone any better. It went so smoothly that I sit here in disbelief at how well it went. I would highly recommend working with Mutual of Omaha and feel as though their loan officers have your best interest in mind.
