No one likes all the time and paperwork involved in a mortgage refinance, but *** made everything go through without a hitch. Any problems were immediately taken care of and for the most part, I was kept in the loop regarding progress and what to expect. The only **** area was just before the closing where it seemed like I was in the dark forever, but was probably about a week's time. Initial application to closing took about 5 weeks, but we had additional debt and a second mortgage to deal with. Great rate, no surprise fees... read more

Everything was very good. The only issue I have is that I stated over and over that I did NOT want my homeowners insurance included in the escrow, yet - it got included, which, increased my payment. Not happy about that but the damage has been done.

It was a complicated re-fi but with the help of ************************* I ended up with a great loan at a great rate. ***** was immediately on top of every issue that came up.
We worked with the most excellent loan officer I've ever encountered. ************************* is a very kind, efficient, professional man who responded quickly to questions or concerns. ******* also provided us the multiple options we requested and gave us educated information.
