Quit disrespecting the PIG... Need to hire capable individuals to cook the meat... First time in my life that I have been served up Hard & Crunchy BBQ... Management needs to learn customer service skills as well as teach it to the staff members... I have been a patron since the place opened... Sad to say I wont be back... The lack of involvement from the owner has been this businesses demise... Remoldel and update but unless you make the necessary changes your business will suffer...
