The staff are always super nice and helpful. The food is awesome every time my family goes to mutts for our Friday night supper. This week they had their fire logs going since it was so cold outside. It made a cosy place for all of us.
Although their food is always good, the way a cashier was treated in front of everyone , was very rude and disrespectful. I can’t believe mutts would allow this guy to do this much less in front of customers
What restaurant closes at 8:00??!! Really disappointed.
Owner is rude and does not honor the quotes of his managers. Rather than discussing a miscommunication and working thru a problem, he chooses to disparage the customer before hanging up on them. Poor customer service and poor ethics.
I have never had bad food or bad service there......LOVE me some Mutt's! It was our anniversary, and that's where I wanted to go for our anniversary dinner!
When I come from Iowa to visit family Mutts is at the top of my bucket list! Incredible BBQ and incredible service. Thank you for existing Mutts!
