One of the absolute gems of Denver. Not only one of the few places you can spend time at on a Friday or Saturday night with friends not surrounded by a loud bar and alcohol, but the staff are fantastic, the coffee is great, and the pinball machine lineup is killer. Have a secret addiction to cracking Magic the Gathering boosters? They have those. Love comics? They have those. Old books? Half the place is bookshelves. I could keep going.
Love this place. So supportive of the local creative community. Local authors, cartoonists, musicians. No other place in Denver does this to this degree. Also, great coffee, books, comics, art, atmosphere
Take it from someone who actually lives in the neighborhood, and has been to Mutiny many times: this place is awesome. Comics, records, books, coffee, comedy, and bands! Seeing a band play in a weird used book store is exactly as cool as you might think (read: awesome!) The pic is All Waffle Trick taken by me, February 2017.
