One of my favorite places in Denver and I don’t even know how to read
Sweaty fat gaming nerds stink up this excise of a bookstore with the odor of unwashed virgin testosterone. The neverending cries of "Critical Hit!" and " Excelsior!" psychically raped me the few minutes I could stand to be in their cramped, humid closet of a store. RUN. not a safe place for women, educated or those with sensitive olfactory receptors.
Good place to hang out and read with a cup of coffee or sharpen up my pinball game. Always peruse the records, comics, and back issues of Guitar Player. The eclectic shows and events are sometimes a draw, sometimes a nice surprise.
Mutiny is an incredibly supportive place for artists, writers, comedians, and musicians to express themselves. A place to lose time in community and conversation with a good coffee is hard to find.
Such a great atmosphere and the drinks are good too.
Fun spot to check out local electronic music acts and find fun reading material. Plus: good baristas!
Besides the offensive smells of patchouli and B.O. that permeated the place? I was floored by the pretentious, superior attitude of the millennials working and spending money there. It Only took about 4 seconds to realize they’re all brainwashed fools who couldn’t debate their way out of a recycled wet paper bag. Pathetic, generic souls.
One of the best spots in Denver. I love what they stand for and who they stand against 💪
