Excellent all around may be the best way to describe Musume. I've been three times now and have tried over a dozen menu items and every single one of them was absolutely fantastic. Some things not to miss would be the beef fried rice (I know you're thinking basic but their's is PACKED with flavor), the duck leg confit and lamb chops are also extremely good and the wild boar gyoza is a great Texas take on a Japanese classic. It’s a lovely place, well decorated and very modern/upscale. The food is excellent albeit the portions are small. Presentation is very good, it definitely makes you want to eat it! Interesting menu with some uncommon additions. All in all this is a great place to eat but expect to drop some money. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because they aren’t well equipped for large parties. We had one there just last night and it was clear they were having trouble.
