Appt scheduled as soon as possible for urgent dental need. Great customer service and attention to detail.

Was satisfied with the work that was done by Dr. Obeck and Ruth. Only concern was the long wait past the 3:50 PM appointment time before actually getting started. I actually had some things at work to get done that I could have completed before coming in if I had been given a call to let me know that they were running behind and that I did not have to be in until nearly 30 minutes past the appointment time.

Just came in for cleaning and inspection. I didn't think my teeth could look this good again.
As usual, my appt was timely and amazing. My hygienist was kind, gently, knowledgeable and did an incredible job. Dr. Obeck was thorough and personable. I had no idea what a problem I had till Dr. Norman's assistant peered in my mouth. She was so kind, so efficient - immediately got xrays. When Dr. Norman saw me, he was he gave her rapid-fire instructions which she carried out with kindness but determination and expertness. It took time, but she found the culprit (a small food particle). I left exhausted, but knowing I had received excellent care, and I would be fine. I'm glad I went in with my swollen gum (thinking I may receive an antibiotic, if anything)!
