Continue great professional work and staff
As always, my 6 mo. check up was a pleasant experience, from my arrival to a packed waiting room where I was immediately given a chair from another location, to the friendly interchange with my hygenist and Dr. Obeck.
Dental work has been excellent which is ofter not the case in Richmond
Best dental expereience understaes my satisfacion with my first visit to Dr. Andrew Norman. He did not try to sell me on unncessary procedures. He was plesant, straightforward and knowledgeable. It was a refreshing visit in every way.
As usual everything was wonderful. Liz is so pleasant and Dr. Norman is a love!!
My experience with Drs. Norman, Obeck and Foy has been excellent. The staff is so friendly, and really works hard to help their clients not only understand their own individual policies, but also how to stay healthy on a personal level.
Claire's visit was awesome as always. The Bencks family is so grateful to have Dr. Norman as our DDS.
Dental Cleaning Appt. time was too long. For a 7:00 dental cleaning it usually only takes 45-60 min. I can usually be on my way to work by 8:00am at the latest. This time Dr. Norman seemed to be running late and I did not get out of the office until 8:15-8:20. I was late to work and had to re-schedule my morning patients due to this delay.
