My appointment was switched from 9:40 to 9:30 a while back, which was no problem, but I didn't end up being called back until 9:55 for my 9:30 appointment.
My spouse and I have been patients in this practice for at least 25 years - my most recent visit was just like all the ones before. It started with a cheerful greeting at check-in, followed by excellent care by a hygienist, and catching up with Dr. Obeck while getting a thorough oral/head/neck exam. The consistently great service tells me that this is a highly functioning team.
Was able to get in quickly with a toothache. Problem remedied quickly and professionally.
I have been taken care of by Dr. Obek for 22 yeas after a long and difficult search for a quality dentist. Dr. Obeck is always upbeat and and let's me know exactly what he is doing and why. The office is warm and welcoming and always on the cutting edge of the latest researched developments. Highly recommend all of them.

My appointment was right on time, and the hygienist was professional, thorough, and friendly. It is always a pleasure to see Dr. Obeck. He's very personable and I feel confident he is taking good care of my teeth. It is a pleasure to go to this dentist!
Emily was very nice. She was concerned that I was comfortable during the appointment also. So far both of my appointments have been very good. I’m so glad that I switched to Dr. Norman!!
