Margaret, dental hygienist, delivered skilled, professional, compassionate, & informed care as in all previous visits. Dr. Obeck always follows with his exam. He always greets you with a warm & friendly smile, showing genuine concern for you as an individual, & remembering previously shared thoughts. I was always a dentalphobe until I came here! Have never had a bad dental experience at Norman, Obeck and Foy. It's like hanging with friends!
I saw Dr. Obeck for my initial dental exam after moving to Richmond. Office location is convenient to I-64, office atmosphere is very pleasant and friendly. Dr. Obeck and his assistant Allison were both very clear in explaining the conditions of my teeth and suggesting a course of action. They emphasize total head/neck/mouth health, and developed and explained their suggested treatment plan for a few problems I have.
I've never had a better hygienist than Ann work on my teeth and the ladies at the desk are so kind and helpful. So far I have been able to meet Dr. Obeck and Dr. Foy and couldn't have been more impressed with their friendliness and expertise. I am definitely grateful that Norman, Obeck and Foy Dentistry Practice was recommended to me by two friends. They were right!
Very happy w how my teeth look. Noticeable difference. A little discomfort when the bleach migrated to the wrong places.
I've had consistently good experience w/this office. I see Dr. Foy, and go for regular cleanings. The staff are efficient and friendly, the cleanings and advice have been top notch. I would recommend this office to anyone.
