An excellent place for dental work. Some of the best Dental Hygienist in the area. Dr. Norman does a Great job with all of his patients.
Dr. Norman and his staff are wonderful - great communicators, good listeners, and excellent technical skills. Best dental practice I have ever encountered; I highly recommend them!
Ann is the best dental hygienist ever! She understands the problems you are having and gets x-rays taken and ready for Dr. Obeck. They consult and have a plan of action developed and ready for the patient. It is a much less stressful environment than usual! I have full confidence in Dr. Obeck.
The service I received on 12/17/18 (3-core build-ups) were handled quickly and efficiently, as always. My extensive experiences in Dr. Norman's office for the past 20+ years have been professional, proficient, and personable ... a great combination when receiving health care procedures. Dr. Norman was very professional, expert and cordial in manner, as always. He finished the procedure without anesthetics in about 15 minutes. I am very pleased to have Dr. Norman for our family dentist.
So I went to Dr. Foy's office for a cleaning that was about 20 years over due. I know that sounds horrible, but I am terrified of the dentist. Kelly was so incredibly gentle and told me everything she was going to do. She put me at ease and went at my pace for maximum comfort. Dr. Foy is ALWAYS gentle and understanding of my fears. I increased my insurance so I could continue to go to this office. EVERYONE in the office is amazing and so understanding of my fear and anxiety.
I was paired with a new hygienist (Melanie??very high voice) who needs to develop her skills. She welcomed me warmly, providing her name. When cleaning my teeth she couldn’t get the “water sucking tube” turned right (always pointed to the roof of my mouth), in using one of the cleaning sprays I got wetter than I even have, and she was more aggressive than usual with scramping away plaque to the point I was about to stop her out of concern for my thin enamel.
