I had a crown break over the weekend. I called the after-hours number & got Dr. Norman, my regular dentist. We talked over the problem & he suggested that I call first thing on Monday to be worked in. I did & I was. The temporary crown is fine & my fitting for a permanent one already scheduled. A pleasant, well-oiled machine.

Emily is such an awesome addition to NOF. She is friendly, thorough and such a professional. I like that she was sincerely interested in my well being and comfort level. She really cared about me! This dental practice is the best. Dr. Obeck is not only a great dentist but a phenomenal person as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
Going to the dentist is something I do not look forward to because of the many problems I’ve had over 50 years. Dr Norman and his staff are so friendly and professional and make my problems easier to experience. I would recommend them highly to everyone. And, by the way, Dr Norman is phenomenal!

I was getting ready to go out of town and developed a problem with my tooth. Called and got in the next day. Dr. Norman took care of the issue right away. I have always had excellent professional service from not only the doctors but all of the staff. They are always kind, pleasant and willing to work with you to solve any issue. Great dentist office.
Not only do I like Dr. Norman as a person, I think he is a great dentist. He and his staff are thorough. He addresses any issues he finds and investigates any issues I communicate. I called this morning with a tooth ache and they got me in within an hour and a half. Today, as normal, we discussed various procedures to fix the issue. Also, as normal, he suggested the most conservative procedure that may fix the issue. Friendly, helpful, and super nice as always.
Lost crown on tooth. Very concerned and appointment very next day. Crown was replaced and feel better.
