I did not have to wait very long and had a thorough and friendly check up. The nurse and the doctor were very nice and worked with me based on my needs. The receptionist called my dental insurance for me to ask a question and got back to me with the answer very quickly. It was a good experience.
Cathy and Dr Norman are rock stars! They are so helpful and informative. I highly recommend this team.

I have sensitive teeth and the hygenist was someone new for me. She put me right at ease, had the read the notes and grabbed the desentive polish. Everyone is so personable and caring. I have to pay extra because my insurance is considered out of network - the care that I receive is all worth it.
Dr. Norman has been my dentist since I moved to Richmond around 1996. After several different insurance company changes through several different employers, the one practitioner I've refused to change is Dr. Norman. The entire staff is very caring and helpful, and I have total confidence in the care I receive from Dr. Norman.
My dentist is Dr Norman. The visit is always pleasant and waiting time is minimal. I almost never experience any pain & everyone working in the office is compassionate and helpful.
As always, I love seeing you folks. It was nice to meet Liz. The only reason you don't have five stars is because it was the first time a cleaning had hurt (maybe I've never had a proper one before), and Dr. Norman kept me waiting while he talked golf. KIDDING!!!!!
