I love this practice! Everyone is so kind and friendly from the time you walk in the door. Dr. Norman is the best dentist I have ever had! I have a terrible fear of the dentist, and Dr.Norman has changed that for me. He takes time with you, explains things, is so gentle, they care about your comfort, and they are very professional. I would recommend this practice to anyone!!

Gentle, friendly dental care in an immaculately clean office. I have tried 4 other dentists in the Richmond area before finding this one. I no longer have to search for excellent care. This place is great!

The staff is always so welcoming. My only suggestion is make a way to have the rinsing water warmed. My teeth are sensitive to cold and even though my hygienist is always awesome, sometimes I still get a chill through my mouth when the water hits my teeth. Other than that I can't imagine having a better team to work on my mouth.
