What is a fact is that chef Cindy Pawlcyn, who has since been influential in the creation of many other Bay Area restaurants, started here and is still involved in kitchen operations at her flagship restaurant. The atmosphere at Mustards is upscale roadhouse with an airy dining room and walls that are almost entirely made of windows. The staff is lively and and efficient.

What an amazing and excellent food and wine experience in the Napa Valley! Shoe String potatoes, Onion Rings and the unbelievable Mongolian Pork Chop is top notch. It's always a treat to bring my out of town visitors or even myself when tasting wine in the Napa Valley!!
This was not my typical visit here and the low rating was specifically about service. This was my worst visit here.....ever. I'm not sure where the breakdown occurred during our visit. The other customers of our server had appropriate service. I don't know if there was kitchen involvement. Appetizers arrived at an hour after ordered. The entrée 1 hour 50mins......and it was wrong.
