They are amazing. My daughter was nervous but of course everyone was so patient with her. It has been about 2 weeks and before Lauren drinks anything she ask me if the drink is hot. This morning I asked her why she keeps asking me that. She said “My dentist said not to drink ANYTHING hot” 🤣🤗I explained to her that her dentist meant just for the day not for her whole life. Our entire family uses Dr Bouziden for their dental needs. I have two small children who have only ever seen Dr B and her staff. They go above and beyond to make sure the kids aren't scared and show them all of the tools and gadgets. My kids are 5 and 2 so they can get pretty antsy when all three of us have back to back appointments. The staff members are completely understanding and never bat an eye. After moving to the area, I hadnt had my new patient exam yet. it was 4th of July and I had an emergency. I called their emergency number on the voicemail, received an extremely prompt response. Dr. Bouziden came in on a Saturday morning to help me. she was extremely nice and informative. Explained the possibilities but assured she would try to avoid the more extensive procedures.
