The Ram service department regularly goes above and beyond to keep me on the road. My vehicle is a fixture by which I earn my living through out the week and weekends alike. The crew in Ram service knows this and respond accordingly as needs arise, be it rapid service on demand, or getting me into a rental as needed. They tell you one thing and they don’t back it up. Service department specifically told me I could delete my ram 3500, and Actually Suggested that I delete it opposed to changing my def pump, and told me I could do so at any shop I wanted and it would not void my Lifetime powertrain warranty that I got through Musson Patout, Until I bring my truck to them 2 years later with transmission issues and they tell me they cannot help me.
