bought a truck 5 months ago can't drive now course it broke no one returned phone calls told them about the truck knocking 2 months after got it never got a call back they never even tried to help or nothing!!!!!!!!

Amazing customer service the managers are very professional and nice
First off, bought a brand new GMC Acadia and had/have multiple problems with it. Service department caused further problems causing more parts to be changed. When all the parts finally came in(took several months) I requested to have a rental because it was all under bumper to bumper warranty at the time. Bring it in, get a rental, only took the day to change. 3 days later they are calling me to pay for rental because GM is denying paying for it because NOW it's out of bumper to bumper! Very disappointed, I had an unfavorable service experience and gave 2 negative reviews about this problem. Today I was called by a one of your secretaries and admonished like a child. I was told I should do my homework before I come in and get any extended warranty work done. The issue she called me about was not even the true issue at hand.....I am very upset to say the least.
