Matthew Musser was very professional and polite. He knocked out 2 rooms with stain removal in 30 minutes. It took about 10 minutes to set up/break down. I am very pleased with his work. My carpets were dirty from everyday foot traffic and toddler action. After his cleaning my carpets are once again bright clean and brand new! He was very careful and cautious as he worked. I've used alot of companies in the past and so far Musser Brothers got the stains out that the other companies before couldn't handle very satisfied with the service received 5 stars!!!
