Over the years I have appreciated the honest and quality service provided by Musselman's Dodge. They are efficient. I did have an issue one time but it was resolved immediately and professionally. The service staff is wonderful. Musselman's does not solicit comments like another dealership that I have dealt with. With that being said, for me they provide honest and quality service because that is what they are suppose to do. They will not sell you something if your vehicle does not need it.
Great experience, JD was very accommodating and wanted to make sure i was completely satisfied. My truck was finished in a very timely manner. My truck runs great! No noise!!
As a newly graduated working professional, being out in the real world on my own is no easy feat. I started taking my Jeep there and they have done wonders to take care of me. They charge fairly, their staff is always professional, relational, and honest. I appreciate all the work their Service Department does and would recommend Musselman's Dodge to anyone and everyone!

Have been dealing with Musselmans Dodge and Gary Lotman since 1998. Gary gives exceptional service. Whenever I call for service, he schedules me immediately. He explains in detail what work is needed. Musselmans definitely gives their customers their moneys worth. They never overcharge and tell you that you need repairs that are not necessary. Gary is pleasant to deal with all the time. I have referred several people to this dealership, most recently today.
I received excellent service from Musselmans Dodge when I had a vibration in my steering. They fixed it while I waited and I've had no issues since. They also found a problem unrelated and fixed it at no charge.
Musselman's Dodge is one of the only dealerships I have worked with that has always had m best interest in mind. They haven't tried to take advantage of me, they are always looking out for my wallet as well as my safety behind the wheel. I will be a long time patron of this dealership.
The friendly staff at Musselman's not only took the time to explain the work being done but took the time to take care of me. They helped with getting me towed in and a rental car which relieved a lot of headache. JD and his team are great!!
