I drove 3-1/2 hours to buy my 2011 Dodge Charger... and the experience was WELL WORTH IT! Dave was even nicer in person than he was on the phone and already had the car prepped and ready for us when we arrived. After a test drive, the paperwork was completed efficiently and quickly, allowing us time to enjoy a nice lunch at the inner harbor before heading back. Definitely one of my better car buying experiences. Buying the car didn't take all day for once whihc was nice. Once we were approved for financing everything went pretty quick. There was also no game play with pricing or financing. They gave us all of the rebates and discounts avaialble without us having to ask. The finance person, Porcha, didn't try to sell us any additonal services althlough we did purchase gap insurance. We walked in there to buy a used car and walked out with a new Challenger.
