The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. Their instruments were rusty, which is creating a big concern for me specially after watching the news today.

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. The billing process was disorganized, and the office refused to work with me after billing me far more than the estimate. Performed work that I did not authorize on my family.
