Music Medic does have good products for the most part, but their customer service is abismal. I understand that ordering pads is never an exact science, but not only did we get the wrong pads the first time when the replacement order was sent, pads were left out! In all of this we have not once gotten an apology for the mistakes. I might order tools in the future, but we will never order pads through them again.

I decided to do an overhaul on my sax with pads and tools I bought from Music Medic a month ago. I brought it to the Pro Shop where Sara did a great job with final regulation and adjustment in just a couple of hours. Now it is back to good as new. I highly recommend their services.
