Quick response and excellent products. I ordered some pads and they arrived just a few days later. I have also purchased tools which are wonderful quality!
Great products that worked. I had some corroded springs snapped off with tiny pieces left in the holes on a flute. The spring removal pliers popped them right out. Swift postage to the UK was great too!
Musicmedic is one of the best companies that I have ever worked with. Roo pads are amazing! All of their products are of the highest quality and their service and staff are excellent. They love what they do and it shows. They make every aspect of technical work easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone who is serious about repairing and restoring instruments properly.

I used a general sax repair kit, a set of custom measured pads and various tools from MM to re-pad an alto (first time) and everything worked! Customer service was very responsive when I had questions and then an issue with the order. I would highly recommend.
