Absolutely loved this hotel. When for a work conference. Conference center was great. All food prepared was wonderful. Loved the breakfast especially. Great room, good view, so clean, bed so comfortable and so many nice features about the hotel. I would highly recommend staying here. Can't wait to come back on vacation.
We were suppose to stay 2 nights. The first night we were there... We didn't get any sleep because of youth groups running up and down halls, screaming and going up and down the stairs slamming the door. I was at the front desk at 1am with the manager (after I had called and complained).... Who told me he was sorry and that he really didn't know what to do. We ended out checking out at 7am and heading home. (The kids were still going at 7am). The hotel was more concerned at catering to the youth groups (more money) than bein... read more

We were very impressed and enjoyed our 2 night stay at the music road hotel! The breakfast was wonderful and the eating area was spacious. Convenient location, clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff! We were very happy to have found a room at the last minute.
We have stayed there 2 times for New years and will be back for New years this year and we love it. My boys like the pool and I enjoy the view overlooking the river.
The rooms were nice, breakfast was great. Staff could improve. Front desk seen confused about the trolley and bus Info. Girl on Tuesday morning was quite argumentive. Cleaning room Staff was really interesting. Left the big pillows on the floor!!! Trash from day before left on the floor also. May come back again....Judy Hart....
